A 20% deposit is required to hold your campers space. If you would like to pay fully in cash, we will make arrangements for fee collection. If you choose to wait until the first day of camp to make full payment, your campers space is not guaranteed. Combination payment is accepted (ex: 20% deposit via Mobile Money, the remaining balance on the first day of camp).

Informed Consent Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by The Break Away during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by The Break Away., I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless The Break Away, and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions. In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against The Break Away, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event.

Photo Release Acknowledgment

I hereby grant and authorize The Break Away the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of my child, for the duration of the camp, to be used in and/or for any lawful promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke this authorization in writing.

If you would like to pay in cash there are a few options.
1. You can pay the entire balance in cash. Reach out to us to coordinate payment.
2. You can split your payment: You can use Mobile Money or bank transfer to pay your 20% deposit (this secures your child’s spot until the first day of camp), and then you can pay your remaining balance on or before July 4th.
3. Pay the full amount on the first day of camp, this means your child’s spot is NOT guaranteed. And due to their being limited spaces, this will be done one a first come first serve basis.
